Environmental branding for Adidas Tokyo

Art direction, environmental graphics

I collaborated with architects and designers to create an environmental identity for Adidas’ Tokyo headquarters, structured around a three-level narrative of performance: athlete (individual mastery), team (collective force), and sport (the shared culture that unites both).

I developed a modular visual system that translated these themes into spatial experiences, defining color palettes, typographic voice, and graphic templates that scaled across open work areas, meeting rooms, private offices, and communal zones. The result is a cohesive, multi-floor environment that reflects the discipline, energy, and cultural impact of sport in Japan.
